Quote or Product not found: Products you see on our website are the only products that we sale. Sorry we can not get any other product that is not mentioned on our website. For a Quote, just put the product(s) you want, into the shopping cart and click checkout and then follow the next steps and print from the webpage. We do not send separate quotes by email.

Please note that we do NOT answer queries on products that we do not sale, currently.
Ex: "If this memory is compatible with my MAC ?" or " Will your product work with my Compaq Desktop PC ?" . Also, we do NOT recommend any product. Its upto the Customer to research (Google) and decide.

Pre-Sales:(Order placement, Modification, Cancellation, Order not received, Order status etc. )
If you have a query regarding an order placed by you, then please sign-in and click on your order history and click View. You can send comments or questions from there. Only these comments are answered and usually in 2-3 business days.

Post-Sales: ( Warranty, Returning a faulty product, incorrect item, damaged item etc )
